Welcome to a dancing journey that facilitates deep and unending explorations, moving us beyond self-imposed limitations and isolation into new depths of creativity, connection and community.

We will meet our authentic dancer & singer, our vulnerable, wild, passionate, instinctive self and connect with the wisdom of our precious bodies.
