The moon dance
The moon dance is a traditional ceremony in which women dance for four nights within a protected circle.
This practice serves to connect with herself, her ancestors, her sisters, her lunar cycle, nature and the elements.
It promotes a return to one’s own feminine essence.
The dance is a healing act for the women themselves, their families and for the collective awakening of the community.
